For Sydni Rhodes, choosing real estate as her career path was a natural progression. Wide exposure to all facets of this “family business” shaped her love for the industry. In partnership with her father, Mike, a real estate broker for over 17 years, expansion into the Florida market will highlight their collaborative work style and individual strengths.

A licensed real estate agent in both Georgia and Florida, Sydni will graduate in May 2020 from Kennesaw State University with her degree in Business Management and Minor in Marketing. Bringing real estate marketing and strategic social media expertise to the Braxton Langley team, Sydni is eager to share 30-A’s coastal communities with her clients.

While real estate is a family business, for Sydni it’s also a people business. Relationship building with clients who quickly became friends solidified her interest in the field. After being a visitor of South Walton for a decade, Sydni is enjoying being a local and embracing beach life. She’s in awe of the area’s natural beauty and feels blessed to call it home.
